  • Sweets and Bulk Orders: Traditional Indian sweets and bulk food orders for special events and gatherings.
  • Catering: Customized catering for events with flexible menus and professional staff.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Placing Orders: Orders for tiffin, sweets, bulk, and catering services can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Payment: All payments must be made at the time of order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking.
  • Cancellations and Refunds:
    • Tiffin Orders: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
    • Bulk and Catering Orders: Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made later than this may not qualify for a refund.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and are subject to applicable processing fees.

  • Promptly Receive Deliveries: Be available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
